Grassburger Emphasizes on Healthy Eating

Co-Owner and Director of Operations, Cody Wilderman, gave us all the details about Grassburger and their vision at the restaurant. Grassburger uses 100% USA grass-fed beef and is allergy friendly. They also used locally sourced New Mexico Green Chile along with their house-made sauces and dressings. Grassburger also offers a wide variety of salads, burger bowls and a gluten-free menu. They currently have two locations, one in Albuquerque and their original location in Durango Colorado.
